How FoldSerter Works
FoldSerter™ identifies the package, prints and folds the collateral and automatically verifies the packslip against the carton in real-time to achieve the ‘perfect order.’ It provides high throughput, multi-page capability, with less complexity than alternative systems. Patented (US 10,822,131 B2).

As each package enters the FoldSerter station, it’s automatically scanned and identified to match it with the correct packing documentation.

The printed documents are automatically folder—typically in a C-fold or Z-fold—making them compact and ready for insert.
